Siren welcomes an abundance of fresh new faces

July 05, 2021

Following our latest new client wins, it was only time we bolstered our incredible team with some fresh new faces eager to learn in the form of three brand-new Sirens.

Having previously worked with interns that quickly became integral members of our team, some of them still with us today, we’re sure these three will be no different. Alongside our brilliant new interns, we also welcome one new permanent Junior Account Executive to our team. We’re thrilled to be welcoming our newest Sirens and would like to introduce you to…

Jack Batey

Jack is a recent graduate from Cardiff University, completing his degree in Journalism, Communications and Politics in 2020. After working within the marketing team at a mobile phone company, Jack joins us as a Junior PR and Digital Content Executive, possessing strong writing skills and a keen interest in comms and PR. Jack has quickly taken to the ground running with supporting the teams across a range of travel and transport clients including Motability Operations, Rabbie’s and Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. On the weekends you’ll find Jack getting out into the countryside on hikes through the Lake District and Scotland, running and watching England play cricket.

Ally Warren

Ally joins us as a second year Public Relations student, bringing with her previous in-house intern experience and a fun and creative approach to her work. Growing up in London, she has always felt spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat and products to buy. As a result, Ally has a passion for all things food and drink. Ally will be joining the hospitality team at Siren, helping out across a range of clients including Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company, Yondu and Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel. She will be undertaking a summer internship with the team at Siren. In her spare time, Ally can be found enjoying all of London’s hospitality offerings, as well as taking part in beginners football sessions at her local club.

Ollie Barrett

After graduating from a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Politics and International Relations with First-class Honours at the University of Southampton, Ollie went on to complete a Constituency Communications internship. Ollie joins us with impressive work experience, working within the communications team at The British School in The Netherlands and as a copywriter and editor for the Democracy in Europe Movement. Working closely with our managing partner, Sarah Rathbone, Ollie will be supporting a number of Siren’s B2B and travel clients including ATPI, PACE Dimensions and ParcelHome just to name a few. Ollie is a big consumer of sport, films, food and books and loves to spend his spare time taking long walks on the beach (yes, really), exercising and writing.

We look forward to seeing the incredible work these three will bring to our team over the coming months.
