Working with such individuals and choosing the right ones that align with the brand has become a critical piece of content marketing strategies. When done right, these collaborations give brands authentic, wellness focused content that can truly benefit them and its followers.

He may have started his journey in the influencer world on Love Island, Dr Alex George has gone back to his roots of working as an A&E emergency doctor whilst also using his new-found fame to become a real advocate and champion for mental health.
